Awards Presentation Evening - 15th December 2007
With over 60 attending the 2007 Awards Presentation Evening, this had to be one of the biggest of these evenings for many a year. The event was held at The Plough, Farcett Fen, and as always, we were really well looked after.
Once the superb meal was finished, the award ceremony took place.
First award was a special award to Victor Sylvester to mark his official retirement from running. However, expect to see Victor on Club evenings and races as he continues to support the Club.
We then had "The Frivs" - a series of special awards commemorating some of the funnier and memorable events of the last season. These were "in the best possible taste".......!
Club Standard Awards were then presented, followed by the main awards.
